Jewellery is handmade from high quality components and is available to ship now. My beads are handmade and variations are part of the handmade character of the pieces and contribute to their beauty.
Packaging is padded or prepaid envelopes or boxes with goods in recycled bubble wrap / recycled paper used to protect my recyclable cardboard gift boxes, which are decorated with patterned paper and tied with cotton twine string. Please reuse the bubble wrap where you can!
I can wrap and send purchases that are gifts to third parties for you - email me to let me know and I can include a small gift tag and message as well on your behalf.
Goodies are shipped within 24 hours of order
Australia Post has advised that the overseas delivery order cut off for pre-Christmas delivery is 23 November 2020.
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post both locally and internationally, at the Australia Post listed rates. Local shipping is usually 2 -5 days, international can be 1 – 4 weeks depending on your postal service. Quoted shipping times may be subject to Australia Post and your local post delays - COVID 19 is slowing down some deliveries, but generally those Australia Post guys are doing a great job.
At present due to the Pandemic I recommend that international customers consider express post or international tracked shipping.
I don't insure standard mail as I try to keep things affordable for all - contact me prior to purchase if you wish to add insurance and I will send you a quote.
Rates locally are flat rate $8.95 for standard post, and free for orders of $70 or over

Rates vary from $19 - $45.00. If your zone is not listed feel free to contact me for a postage quote which will be at the Australia Post listed rate.
If you are overcharged for shipping at checkout I refund to your method of payment.

I value your support and want you to be happy with your Sasha + Max piece. Regretfully I do not refund for change of mind, so please select carefully, or should you need further information before purchase (such as more photos or measurements) just drop me an email and I'll respond. Should there be any concerns with your purchase, contact me and I will work with you to get a great outcome.
Pierced earrings are unable to be exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
