Due to hygiene regulations pierced earrings are unable to be exchanged for change of mind, so please select carefully.
Sale items
Only regular priced items will be considered for refund, Unfortunately sale and archive items cannot be refunded unless defective.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or received damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at sashaandmax@live.com and send your item to: PO Box 74, Drummoyne NSW 1470 , Australia.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item however shipping costs will refunded if items are deemed by Sasha + Max Studio as defective or received damaged . If you receive a refund for an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AUD$60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
