Shipping policy

Thank you so much for supporting sasha+max studio. Each piece in our collection is lovingly handmade by Vicki in our Sydney studio. 


✂️ Handling Time

Because every piece is ready to ship, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed before it is dispatched. During busy periods (hello, gift-giving season!), handling times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.


🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping — Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Free Standard Shipping — Available on qualifying orders (see below)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.


🎁 Free Shipping

We love treating our customers! Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders that meet our minimum spend threshold for orders of $AU 90 and over.  This rate applies after any discounts are applied. 


🇳🇿 New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Free Standard Shipping — Available on qualifying New Zealand orders (threshold displayed at checkout)
  • Express Shipping (Tracked) — Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rates start from $AU 20.00 for standard post with free shipping for orders of $AU 95 and over.  This rate applies after any discounts are applied. 

Other Locations

We are not shipping beyond Australia and New Zealand for now. You are very welcome however to reach out f you have an item you are interested in are located overseas, and would like a postage quote.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details (where applicable). You can use this to follow your parcel on its journey to you.
